The umIToolbox, or umIT for short, is a MATLAB toolbox for processing, visualizing, and analyzing mesoscale imaging datasets. The current workflow centers on DataViewer, which combines image exploration, ROIs, temporal traces, pipelines, events, and project-aware tools.
